At first I didn't believe you. I didn't believe in the power of love, meditation and peace of mind. I was depressed and suicidal but because of you and because of what you taught me, I am glad to tell you that I now know I am not nothing, I know that people love me and I am lovable. Through Breath Of Life I have found the beauty in life and learned the power of self-love and self-worth. Because of this workshop, I have opened my mind, body, and soul to the goodness of the world. Max M. Thank you. Thank you so much. I thought that something was wrong with me so I began to self harm and became anorexic. I fell into a deep depression and tried to commit suicide twice. I hated my life. I found Breath Of Life through my schools Theater Club and it changed my life. I no longer feel the need to harm myself and I feel I am on a path to healing the hurt from the abuse of my father. I attended your workshop and hugged people I barely knew and this made me feel better about myself. You changed my life. Now I know that no matter what, I have a purpose and I am closer to the things and people I love the most. Devan H. I am a teacher at a Title 1 school. Many of our students are on free and reduced lunch and suffer from trauma and family stress. Mr. Mosley came twice to our school and worked with our students on mindfulness. Students were very taken and did not want him to leave. Mr. Mosley taught the students the importance of taking a moment to pause, breathe and smile. I would highly recommend Breath Of Life to come to any school in America as Mr. Mosley has a way of working with students that is truly magical. Erin H. Having Mr. Mosley as a resource for emotional and spiritual guidance has been pretty transformative for me. I've worked with him on going through heart break (never been happier), and manifesting a dream job (which I got and still love), and now I'm working on family forgiveness (in progress). He has a well-rounded outlook on the world that is informed by his own experience, making him equally capable of compassion and honesty--both of which are what most of us really need when we call on another to talk.
